Once your payment has cleared, we will begin processing your order as promptly as possible. We offer free standard shipping not only within Australia, but also to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and Europe.
All in-stock items are held in Australia. For pre-order products, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Need Express Shipping in Australia?
If you need to receive your order sooner, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

We only ship to residential addresses. If an order needs to be cancelled due to an ineligible address, a transaction fee may apply.
Payment Information

PayPal payments may take 1–2 business days for transaction review. During this period, your PayPal order status will show as “Pending,” and the processing time may be slightly longer than that of a Bank Deposit order.
